To protect your privacy, we collect the minimal amount of personal information required when you create an account to process an order, or to allow our customers to join and receive our Newsletter. This information is collected directly from your input and not through any other means.

Please note that in addition to the information you provide to us directly, that there is the potential of our finding additional information about you if you connect to Snapshot Photo Albums through various social media applications.
We do not use any applications or other tools or devices, to analyze photo content to identify other individuals or items in your photos. However, when uploading your photos to our platform or when giving us permission to access photos stored on your device, your photo content may include related image information such as the time and the place your photo was taken, and similar “metadata” captured by your image capture device. If you wish to restrict the capture of image metadata in your individual photos, please adjust the settings on your image capture device.
Our mobile app and website only collect JWT (Jason web token) data that is generated when you log into our services. This allows for future login to your account to become automated to the extent that you do not need to reenter your credentials each time.
No other cookie data is collected or retained.
All data collected as detailed herein, is permanently retained. You can delete photos you provided previously, from within your user account.
Our clients my choose to be included in periodic updates from Snapshot Photo Albums in the form of our free electronic Newsletter, emailed directly to their email address. As noted above, your email address is provided by you directly. Every Newsletter emailed to your email account, will contain an “unsubscribe” option at the bottom with which the recipient can advise us of their election to discontinue future communications.

If you have a Snapshot Photo Albums account, you control how long it remains active. Snapshot Photo Albums will retain your photos for as long as you maintain Active Participation with us. You also have the ability to download and/or delete some or all of the photos in your account at any time. If you delete Snapshot Photo Albums photos from your account, they will be removed from your Snapshot Photo Albums app and web interface immediately, and we will permanently delete them from our system in the regular course of business.
