Where is my order?
Every album is custom-printed, so please allow up to 10 business days for printing and shipping. You can check your order's status any time in your account.
Can I change an order I just placed?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If production hasn't started yet we can usually help.
Why did I see a photo quality warning?
Photos below our recommended resolution can look soft or blurry at 4×6 inch print size. The warning appears in the album builder so you can swap or re-crop the photo before ordering — if you order anyway, we'll print it as arranged.
My album arrived damaged
We're sorry! Email us a photo of the issue along with your order number and we'll make it right.
Password trouble
Use the password reset page and we'll email you a secure link.
