Terms of Service

Draft. This document is a working draft and is pending review. It does not yet constitute a final legal agreement.
The service
SnapShot Photo Albums lets you upload photos, arrange them into an album, and order a professionally printed physical copy shipped to you. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms.
Your photos
You own your photos. By uploading them you give us the limited permission we need to store them, show them to you in the album builder, and print them in the albums you order — nothing more.
You're responsible for having the rights to the photos you upload, and you agree not to upload unlawful content. We may refuse to print material we're not legally able to reproduce.
Orders and printing
Albums are printed exactly as you arranged them at the time you placed the order, including any crops and rotations you applied. Slots you leave empty print blank. If a photo is below our recommended print resolution, we warn you before checkout — ordering past that warning means you accept how it may look in print.
Because every album is custom-made, production starts shortly after you order. Please allow up to 10 business days for printing and shipping. If you need to change an order, contact us as soon as possible — we'll help if production hasn't started.
Pricing and payment
Each album style has a single flat price shown before checkout. Payment is collected at the time of order through Stripe.
Quality issues
If your album arrives damaged or with a printing defect, contact info@snapshotalbums.com and we'll make it right.
Accounts
Keep your password safe — you're responsible for activity on your account. You can request account deletion at any time from your account settings.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we'll update this page and its date. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
